Program goal changes | On her intake form, Mariama's goals were to improve her English reading, speaking, and writing in order to keep and improve her employment. Mariama told me wanted to begin with the alphabet. Now, she is thinking of buying her own house here in Albany, and visiting family in Africa. Her immediate goal is to obtain a visa and renew her passport she can travel to Sierra Leone and Liberia. Our sessions have been focussing on speaking, writing, and vocabulary pertaining to these practical goals. |
