| Program goal changes | Ozlem's goals continue to evolve based in part on changes to her husband's plans. He has recently accepted a job in St. Louis. The family plans to move there early next year. As a result, Ozlem has abandoned plans to begin a certification course at HVCC. Her problems with child care will be even more severe as her husband will be working some of the time in St. Louis prior to the family's relocation. |
