Thanks to Honest Weight Food Co-op for “Rounding Up”

A big thank you to Honest Weight Food Co-op and their shoppers who raised over $5,000 to support Literacy Volunteers during the month of October.

Honest Weight Food Coop chose LVORC to be their October “Round Up” partner. Each time a customer visited the register, they had the opportunity to round their purchase up to the nearest dollar. This small change really adds up and will help Literacy Volunteers provide more people with literacy services in our community.

Since Be the Change began in October 2021, the Coop community has raised over $41,818. We appreciate their generosity as a valued community partner.
